As soon as you know you are moving, you should schedule with our moving company. This ensures that we are available on the day that you need us. Weekends, especially, can fill up fast, but we will try our best to accommodate all of our clients with their moving needs.

Yes! We do offer an add-on packing and unpacking service for our clients who are too busy to pack or just don’t want to deal with the stress of it. We will make sure that everything is securely put away and safe during transport. We’ll even unpack everything just the way you want it.
We wrap furniture, like couches, dressers, and armoires with a protective material called a stretch-wrap. It is a clear, heavy plastic wrap that serves as a protective layer around your stuff. When necessary, we will use other resources like a moving blanket to provide additional protection for your belongings.
Although we do everything we can to make sure your items are safe and secure during transit, accidents can happen. We ensure the safety of your items with our Repair or Replace Coverage, guaranteeing that any damage to your belongings will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost. This is included in all of our moving services. You can trust us to move your stuff!
We can move any business from any floor! The only limitations we have are those that may be set by the property manager or access to service elevators.

Yes, we understand that sometimes you can’t take everything with you when you move or that you have to move out before you are ready to move into a new place. We offer storage solutions to fit any need.
We cannot guarantee our availability for when you need last minute moving help, but we do often come to the aid of those who realize they need more help moving than they originally thought. If we are available to help you move, we will.
We perform most of our moves during the day but if you have special circumstances that require you to move at night, contact one of our moving specialist to see how we can help you after hours.
We are able to help our clients move across town, across the state, and even to another state entirely.
Unfortunately, for safety and insurance reasons, we cannot have you ride up front with our movers, or for that matter, in the back of the truck with your stuff. You can be rest assured that your things will be safe during the move. We even back this promise with a Repair or Replace Guarantee.
We offer flat rate moving options based on the number of rooms (or square footage) you plan to be moving. Our flat-rate fees include the cost of time, manpower, gas, and mileage it will take to transport your belongings. We also include other services like disassembling and reassembling over sized furniture and appliance installation of any appliance we move for you in our moving packages. Why pay more for services you are likely to need during any move?
We do ask that you empty all dresser and desk drawers and pack these items in their own box in order to ensure that your personal belongings are secure during the move.
We do not charge per box or by the weight! We will load and move the boxes so long as they appear to be safe for transport (properly taped, sealed, and no major tears in the box).
We do not recommend having your live plants placed on the moving truck. The heat and humidity in the back of the trucks can cause stress and damage to your plants, which can cause them to wilt or die. Some states actually have laws regulating the transportation of plants between states, so be sure to check your state’s (and your new state’s) regulations on this issue.
We are unable to pack and/or transport the following items. Please note that this list is not all-inclusive.
- Propane Cylinders
- Paint or paint thinner
- Oxygen Tanks
- Equipment with fuel in the tank
- Corrosive Materials
- Explosives: Fireworks, ammunition, black powder, primers, souvenir explosives (e.g. “dead” grenade).
As a general rule of thumb, if you cannot ship it or it requires special handling for disposal, then we probably cannot move it. If you are unsure if something qualifies, please feel free to contact us.
We recommend that our clients keep these items with them during the move. This will ensure that you know where these items are at all times. Please notify us in advance if any item you have is of “extraordinary value”.
Yes, although we do ask that you empty the safe and personally transport the items kept inside of it to your new home.
Any appliance you plan to take with you should be first emptied of any personal items. For example, make sure all food items are out of your refrigerator or clothing from your dryer. Also, make sure to disconnect your appliances and that your washer has a stabilizer installed. If you do not know how to disconnect these items, let us know when you schedule your move so that we can make sure this important step is taken care of prior to the big day. Refrigerators and freezers will need additional time to thaw and dry out to prevent any spills or hazards while moving.
